We prefer not to use the word "retreat", but instead "time". It will be a time to rest and relax, to meet yourself and others. A time to breathe, experience new activities, take care of your health and get to know a little bit about Portugal, its history and its people.

Unser SURFCAMP ERLEBNIS besteht aus folgendem:

INTEGRAL YOGA

This practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of their age, flexibility or resistance. Integral Yoga practice combines several techniques from different methods and yoga styles, such as Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Tantra, Mantra, among others.

LOCATION

Discover Praia da Areia Branca, a small beach village, still protected from massive tourism. The house is located in the centre of the village, close to everything you need, 3 minutes walking distance far from the beach. You're independent to go anywhere, at any time.

LOVE FOOD

During this retreat we will be providing daily breakfast and dinner. Expect to be fuelled by fresh, local, vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

ACTIVITIES

Although our aim is to bring balance and release stress through Yoga and Meditation, we also provide extra activities like Shiatsu Massages, Surfing, , Hiking, Horse Ridding and Cultural Tours.

Unser Surf Camp services kombiniert SURF LESSONS mit tollen Unterkünften. Um das Surf Erlebnis abzurunden, könnt ihr in einem unserer Surf Häuser untergebracht werden.

Solltet ihr mehr Privatsphäre wünschen, findet ihr weitere Unterkunftsoptionen, wie zum Beispiel die STRAND BUNGALOWS, das GUEST HOUSE und APARTMENTS.
